At Edaleen Dairy, we handcraft our very own icecream cakes and mini icecream cakes - right here in-house!
Available in four delicious flavors - Traditional, Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter Lovers, and Coffee Toffee - each cake features layers of soft-serve ice cream, cookie crumbs or waffle pieces, and a sweet, creamy buttercream topping. Every flavor is thoughtfully made to bring the perfect balance of texture and taste.
Both full-size cakes and mini cakes are stocked at all of our retail store locations.

TRADITIONAL CAKE & MINI CAKE
This cake begins with a rich chocolate soft-serve base, layered with fudge and chocolate cookie crumble at its center. Vanilla soft-serve surrounds the entire exterior (cakes only) and forms the top layer, creating a perfect balance of flavors.
Finished with a creamy buttercream frosting, the cake is topped with either: M&M’s, chocolate chips, and cookie crumbs.
Cake Size: 8 inches (feeds 8-10 people).
Mini Cake Size: 9oz (feeds 1).
SALTED CARAMEL CAKE & MINI CAKE
This cake features a vanilla soft-serve base layered with caramel and salted waffle cone crumble. Another layer of vanilla soft-serve surrounds the exterior (cakes only) and crowns the top, sealing in every sweet, crunchy bite.
Finished with buttercream frosting, it’s drizzled with caramel and sprinkled with waffle cone crumble.
Cake Size: 8 inches (feeds 8-10 people).
Mini Cake Size: 9oz (feeds 1).
PEANUT BUTTER LOVERS CAKE & MINI CAKE
This cake begins with a rich chocolate soft-serve base, layered with fudge, peanut butter sauce, and chocolate cookie crumble. Vanilla soft-serve surrounds the exterior (cakes only) and forms the top layer, creating a perfect blend of flavors.
Finished with buttercream frosting, it’s topped with peanut butter sauce and either: chocolate chips, peanuts, or peanut butter cups.

COFFEE TOFFEE CAKE & MINI CAKE
This cake starts with our coffee soft-serve base, layered with rich fudge and chocolate cookie crumble. Vanilla soft-serve surrounds the exterior (cakes only) and forms the top layer for a balanced flavor combination.
Finished with buttercream frosting, it’s topped with a drizzle of fudge and a sprinkling of crunchy toffee bits.
